Application for International Driving Permit (IDP)

Applications can be made at any JPJ Branch Office or the Malaysia Automobile Association (MAA) office.

IDP Application Requirements:

• Hold Competent Driving License (CDL) with is valid for more than one (1) year.
• Owner is not blacklisted
• Duration of IDP is one (1) year only

Documents Required:

• Original / copy of identification
• Original identification if made by representatives
• Competent Driving License (CDL)
• 1 passport-sized colour photo
